The promise

You will ship a working system into production by week nine.

01

A system in production.

Not a demo. A real AI system deployed to real users, measured and signed off by week nine of twelve.

02

A written record.

A scoping doc, a verification plan, and a governance runbook — the operating layer your team inherits.

03

Graded taste.

Weekly rubrics from three senior mentors. The grade is the transcript we sign.

04

A mentor for life.

Twelve months of Engine Room membership and priority access to advisory slots after graduation.

02 / 05
The curriculum

Four phases. One working system.

The curriculum is public. Every week has reading, an exercise, a 1:1, and a rubric. The syllabus is versioned; each cohort ships a small improvement.

Week 00 · Pre-read

Scoping before the session one.

ReadingDiscovery call

Two weeks before kickoff. You meet your lead mentor, scope your project, and read the three papers we don't teach without.

Weeks 01 – 03 · Foundations

The system behind the prompt.

ScopingMeasurementRisk

How to size a use case, write a measurement plan, and refuse the wrong ones. The prompt is never the bottleneck; we spend three weeks proving it.

Weeks 04 – 06 · Verification

Plausible and correct are not the same thing.

Conformal predictionSelf-consistencyTrustGate

The verification curriculum CM wrote after shipping 60+ enterprise systems. Conformal prediction, self-consistency, and the TrustGate framework applied to your own project.

Weeks 07 – 09 · Shipping

Production before polish.

DeploymentMonitoringRunbook

Your system goes live this phase. Deployment, monitoring, a written runbook, and the first audit your compliance team will sign.

Weeks 10 – 12 · Governance & hand-off

A manual your team can run without you.

GovernanceReviewDemo day

Governance layer, external review, demo day. You leave with a system, a document, and a mentor signature on each.

A week in the life

What twelve hours a week looks like.

Part-time by design. Real work gets done between Tuesday kickoff and Thursday review. The rest is reading, writing, and shipping. No 9-to-5 simulation.

Scaling AI across a firm like PwC is where most organizations stall. Plenty of ambition, not enough system. Charafeddine built and led our AI Factory: the engine that turned ideas into dozens of shipped projects and doubled our AI capabilities in four months.
FAQ

Before you ask.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, email hello@cohorte.co.

How much time does this actually take?
About 12 hours per week. That's a 2-hour live session on Tuesday, a 45-minute mentor 1:1, one written exercise, and reading. Part-time by design. Most participants do this alongside a full-time role.
What tools will we use?
The bootcamp is tool-agnostic. We teach systems, not buttons. You'll work with whatever stack fits your context (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open-source). The method works regardless of which model you use.
I'm not technical. Can I do this?
Yes. The bootcamp is designed for operators, not developers. If you can write a document and think through a process, you have what you need. No code, ever.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You also have a mentor 1:1 the same week. Missing one session won't break the flow.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. We issue proper invoices, work with procurement, and can provide proposal documents for your manager or L&D team. Email hello@cohorte.co with subject "Reimbursement."
AI changes every week. Won't this be outdated?
No. We teach a system for thinking, not a list of tools. The verification methodology, the scoping discipline, the governance layer: these survive every model release. The syllabus is versioned and updated each cohort.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A verified credential upon completion of your capstone project, signed by your three mentors. Verifiable on our site. But the real proof is the system you shipped.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund before week 2, no questions asked. After that, no refund. We're confident you'll stay.
